• Develop and optimize the front-end of SecondShop’s e-commerce platform, ensuring it delivers a responsive, seamless, and user-friendly experience across devices. • Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate design concepts into fully functional, interactive, and pixel-perfect front-end features. • Collaborate with the back-end team to integrate APIs, payment gateways, and other third-party services, ensuring smooth functionality and performance. • Optimize the front-end for speed, usability, and SEO, focusing on both customer satisfaction and search engine visibility. • Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability across various browsers and devices. • Stay current with the latest web development trends, technologies, and best practices, applying them to improve the platform’s front-end architecture. • Maintain and enhance the user interface, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and a visually appealing experience across all touchpoints. • Mentor and provide guidance to junior front-end developers, helping to grow their skills and fostering a collaborative team environment. • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to implement new features and optimize the customer journey on the platform. • Monitor front-end performance metrics, analyze data, and recommend improvements based on insights.
• Identify and target potential clients, including distributors, retailers, and other relevant businesses, to promote and sell SecondShop's products. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new accounts and expand the company's presence in the secondary market. • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, moving opportunities from initial contact to successful partnership agreements. • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial deals that support long-term growth for both SecondShop and new partners. • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify market opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly. • Maintain a deep understanding of SecondShop's evolving product offerings, ensuring the ability to effectively present, explain, and promote products to future partners.
