• Review and improve existing compliance templates (policies, audits, processes) • Further develop and create step-by-step guides for framework implementation • Coordinate projects with internal experts and external partners • Optimize and automate content creation by using and advancing AI-powered workflows

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of our generative AI features, taking them from MVPs to robust, production-grade services. • Implement features like document summarization and Q&A chat. • Build MLOps on Azure. • Establish best practices that will become the foundation for our future AI team. • Reporting to the IT Lead, become the hands-on expert responsible for building and scaling our AI capabilities.
