Customer Support Specialist

• Respond to customer requests via live chat (through Intercom) with clear, professional communication. • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues (bugs, workflow confusion, data/platform mistakes, user error, connectivity/usage issues). • Provide step-by-step guidance and aim to resolve issues on first contact when possible. • Manage ticket volume and prioritize effectively during peak periods while maintaining quality. • When an issue can't be resolved within support, create high-quality Linear tickets including context, impact, reproduction steps, and any relevant screenshots/logs. • Work with internal teams to clarify issues and follow through until resolution. • Communicate updates back to customers clearly and proactively. • Document recurring issues and resolutions as you go (internal first, external later). • Help improve FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and support macros to reduce repeat work and increase consistency. • Flag gaps in documentation and propose improvements. • Proactively identify recurring pain points, feature requests, and product feedback based on real customer conversations. • Suggest and implement workflow/process improvements that help the team handle volume more consistently across shifts. • Anticipate common issues before they become widespread and propose preventive solutions. • Help review and improve AI chatbot conversations to increase deflection quality. • Contribute to conversational design: designing workflows, refining prompts, and improving how the chatbot handles common issues.

AI Orchestration Lead

• Build and maintain ScorePlay's AI playbook: which tools, which workflows, what "good" looks like • Define AI strategy in partnership with the CEO: where we go deep, where we standardize, what we skip • Run a continuous horizon scan on frontier tooling and surface high-signal opportunities early • Design and deploy multi-agent systems that automate high-volume, high-friction workflows across Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, and People • Own the technical architecture for how agents connect to our stack (HubSpot, Notion, Slack, Linear, Granola, n8n, Claude/Anthropic API) • Build and iterate on internal tools and Claude-powered automations that reduce manual work and improve output quality • Define benchmarks and run evals to measure agent performance: accuracy, reliability, cost, adoption • Run structured weekly syncs with each Head of Department to challenge workflows, validate AI plans, and pressure-test roadmaps before execution • Co-design function-specific agent strategies that get used, not just documented • Build training materials and onboarding pathways so new hires are productive in our AI stack from day one • Define the KPI framework for AI adoption across the company, with revenue per employee as the north star • Audit the agent fleet: map every active agent, its permissions, cost, and impact • Set guardrails to prevent agent sprawl — redundant tools, conflicting automations, unchecked API costs • Report impact to the CEO and leadership on a regular cadence

• Own onboarding for new ANZ customers from kickoff to 'business as usual', ensuring a seamless experience. • Drive product adoption through training, enablement, and clear success plans. • Become a trusted product expert: lead demos, answer workflow questions, and recommend best-practice setups. • Proactively identify friction early (people, process, content workflows) and remove blockers fast. • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across media, digital, comms, operations, and leadership. • Keep customers on track against goals, showing progress and ROI through regular check-ins and QBR-style updates. • Own retention outcomes for your portfolio, proactively managing renewals and identifying upsell/expansion opportunities. • Identify high-impact wins and turn them into references, testimonials, and success stories in partnership with Marketing. • Gather feedback and usage insights, translate them into actionable recommendations for the customer and for ScorePlay. • Work hand in hand with Sales on renewals, upsells, and expansion plans. • Coordinate internally to triage issues, manage incidents cleanly, and ensure customers feel supported and informed. • Contribute to RFPs/RFIs and other commercial processes with accurate customer context and success planning.
