Role Description Pest Solution Consultants are motivated, well-spoken, and driven by a passion for achieving results through high-integrity, customer-focused sales. They will be responsible for responding to leads and communicating with customers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth sales process. Pest Solution Consultants use expertise and sincere dedication to serving the customer to close sales, meet or exceed targets, and create happy customers to join the EcoShield family. - Build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. - Convert qualified, inbound leads into revenue-generating contracts. - Prepare customers for maximum long-term success with our organization. Responsibilities - Fields inbound leads and creates an incredible first impression with prospects. - Becomes an expert in using our proprietary marketplace CRM to manage and track leads. - Sets clear expectations and effectively manages relationships on both sides of the transaction. - Develops a strong understanding of pest control and EcoShield fundamentals. - Upsells qualified customers into a premium service. - Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction in all sales transactions. - Executes sales campaigns via outbound telephone marketing. - Demonstrates excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. - Exhibits proficient knowledge and use of personal computer and software applications. - Proposes customer solutions compliant with local, state, and federal regulations. - Contributes eagerly to the success of the team. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent. - 1+ years of customer service, sales, or customer retention experience. - Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and a criminal background check. - Ability to work Monday – Friday, and some Saturdays and holidays may be required during peak season. - Ability to work remote after training, based on ability to meet and sustain outlined performance requirements. Physical Demands and Work Conditions - Regular written and verbal communication required. - Regular standing, walking, and sitting. - The ability to use a computer and telephone systems is essential to work. - Work is inside a contact center with usually a moderate noise level.
