Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 + Incentive Compensation - Flexible - Represent clients in family law court proceedings, as needed - Assist clients effectively by understanding their needs, analyzing the situation, and then strategizing and deciding on a proper course of action - Divide marital assets, including real estate, when necessary during divorce proceedings - Work closely with paralegals and legal assistants to support clients through their legal process - Great negotiation and communication skills, particularly in stressful and emotional situations - Ability to successfully represent both plaintiff and defendant sides of a case Qualifications - A bachelor’s degree with a legal background - A J.D. degree - Licensed to practice law in New Jersey Company Description
