Responsibilities The CRS Team Manager is responsible for leading and supporting a team of Credentialing Specialists to ensure the effective delivery of credentialing services across assigned facilities. This role ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards while promoting operational excellence, team development, and high-quality service delivery. The Manager operates in alignment with organizational values, mission, and vision, and plays a critical role in strengthening medical staff credentialing processes, compliance, and partnership with facility leadership. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management - Supervise, coach, and support Credentialing Specialists to ensure performance, productivity, and service quality goals are met. - Assign workloads, balance priorities, and monitor team performance. - Identify staffing needs and communicate resource concerns to leadership. - Assign and oversee completion of special projects. Credentialing Operations Oversight - Direct and implement credentialing processes in collaboration with the Associate Director and CRS leadership. - Oversee initial and reappointment credentialing processes for assigned facilities. - Conduct audits of credentialing files and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Ensure proper documentation, recordkeeping, and file maintenance standards are upheld.
