Role Description The Regional Continuous Improvement Manager coordinates with Divisional CI manager, Divisional and Plant Leadership and Continuous Improvement at the local level by developing and implementing systems and processes that optimize all phases of the production process (Safety, Food Safety, Quality, and Productivity). Through influencing others, coaching, training, and identifying and transferring practices, the role will be responsible for driving Lean Six Sigma Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across multiple production facilities. Role Description As the Regional Environmental Manager, you will provide leadership and oversight of environmental regulatory compliance across multiple manufacturing facilities within the region. The role serves as a trusted advisor and environmental subject matter expert, partnering with site leadership to maintain compliance, strengthen Environmental Management Systems (EMS), support continuous improvement, and advance environmental stewardship in alignment with Saputo’s environmental commitments. This position supports facilities in California, New Mexico, and Wisconsin, as well as other locations within the regions as business needs require. Collaborate with the team to identify both immediate and future staffing requirements, considering projected business volume, site-specific challenges, and potential growth opportunities. - Initiate, coordinate and oversee major projects within your sites; such as layout changes, equipment upgrades, warehouse capacity needs, utilization, capital expenses, automation installation, etc. - Keep current on information and technology affecting functional areas to increase innovation and make appropriate recommendations to senior leadership as necessary. - Manage employee performance and assist employees in making improvements to their performance through coaching, mentoring and administering performance reviews. Recommend, plan and/or implement employee training and skill development activities. - Travel 60% of the time to support sites’ performance, initiative teams, projects, and other deliverables. Combination of office, warehouse, and cold‑chain environments; PPE compliance required at sites. You are best suited for the role if you have the following experience, skills, and qualifications - 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse and/or site operations or 5+ years and a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Operations/Business or equivalent experience - 5+ years of experience direct site leadership or large team leadership of 20+ team members (single or multiple site leader w/ P&L ownership) - Ability to travel up to 50% of the time - Demonstrate a track record of developing leaders and elevating teams; strong coaching and mentorship capabilities - Experienced with WMS/ERP (e.g., SAP/EWM) and data‑driven performance management; comfortable leading through system changes. - Successful best practice implementation, process improvement, program management, and change management experience - Communicate effectively across levels (frontline to executives) and influence cross‑functional outcomes. About the Role We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Food Service team in Queensland. This is a newly created, field-based role focused on driving distribution and sustainable growth across the Food Service channel, with a strong emphasis on HORECA and Pizza customers. Working closely with our distributor network, the role focuses on converting qualified leads, running trials, and growing usage of the Saputo Food Service portfolio. Reporting to the National Business Manager, success will be driven by energy, resilience, strong customer relationships and a hunger to build a long-term career in Food Service sales.
