• Manage and support RFP, RFQ, and ITN responses from kickoff through submission • Draft, edit, and refine proposal narratives and supporting materials • Coordinate internal contributors and subject-matter experts to ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met • Maintain proposal templates, boilerplate language, case studies, and credentials • Track proposal submissions, outcomes, and follow-up activity • Prepare informal pitches and tailored materials for prospective clients • Support inbound and outbound lead generation aligned with firm growth priorities • Conduct prospect, sector, and market research to identify new business opportunities • Manage and maintain CRM data, dashboards, and reporting • Support email marketing, content distribution, and campaign execution tied to business development goals • Help conceptualize and execute campaigns to increase lead generation and awareness • Draft and manage award submissions and recognition entries • Develop case studies, credentials, and partner and senior staff bios • Support firm marketing initiatives tied to major wins, milestones, conferences, and speaking opportunities • Contribute written content for the firm’s website, newsletters, blogs, and social media • Collaborate with internal teams on website updates, branded materials, and digital content • Manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines • Maintain internal trackers, calendars, and reporting tools • Oversee quality control for all business development and firm promotion materials • Ensure consistency with Sachs Media’s brand, voice, and quality standards • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed • Support ad hoc projects as assigned
