• Monitor and triage alerts across various security tools • Validate alert severity, business impact, affected assets, containment status, and escalation requirements. • Coordinate security events from initial triage through containment, documentation, closure, and post-incident follow-up. • Support daily dashboard review, security ticket queues, alert quality checks, and operational reporting. • Develop, tune, and maintain detection logic in security tools. • Reduce false positives and alert noise by reviewing recurring detections. • Assist with incident response for endpoint, identity, cloud, email, and suspicious activity events. • Support security operations across various Microsoft security tools. • Create and maintain security runbooks and knowledge base articles.
• Facilitates quality control for payments processing to and from customers and vendors for daily processing, which is the core of financial operations. • Maintains very high measurements for quality assurance. • Creates necessary reconciliations and verifies accuracy and completeness of data. • Assists with making decisions when exceptions or process deviations exist. • Initiates new procedures including setup, training, and documentation. • Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information and follows security policies. • Works with multiple non-finance teams to facilitate troubleshooting and research. • Assists with audit requests, including data compilation, and process explanation. • Able to validate relevant structured and unstructured data from disparate sources. • Build pipeline to extract, transform, data for use in reconciliation. • Assist in developing processes to improve ongoing data governance. • Create compelling presentations, visualizations and reports to share analysis outcomes and recommendations. • Draw informed conclusions that provide clarity surrounding business products. • Ability to apply critical thinking when reviewing data and identifying patterns. • Miscellaneous projects as assigned.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using C# / .NET (including ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework). • Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces with Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript. • Collaborate with product owners and UX designers to translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions. • Write clean, testable, and well-documented code; participate in code reviews and uphold team coding standards. • Integrate with third-party APIs, payment platforms, and external vendor systems. • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across the full stack, including database and infrastructure layers. • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes. • Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Install, update, and maintain SQL Server database software across multiple versions (2012–2022) • Manage database performance by developing protocols, monitoring systems, and resolving processing and programming issues • Implement database security policies and disaster recovery (DR) procedures to ensure data integrity and accessibility • Support database migrations from on-premises to cloud environments, with a focus on Azure databases and SQL in cloud/Azure • Design, implement, and maintain highly available and performant SQL Server and MySQL database systems • Monitor database health, performance, and capacity using industry-standard tools and custom scripts • Automate routine database operations and deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines • Upgrade SQL Server versions and optimize systems for performance and reliability • Create and optimize queries, stored procedures, and indexing strategies • Maintain and administer SSAS, SSIS, and SSRS solutions for reporting and analytics • Provide guidance and support to developers, including schema design, code review, and query tuning • Collaborate with DevOps to install, configure, and manage SQL Server instances and databases in hybrid environments • Design, deploy, and maintain SQL Server availability groups across data centers • Develop and maintain database standards, documentation, and failover runbooks • Automate database maintenance tasks and processes to improve efficiency • Be available for on-call support to address urgent database issues
• Join our back-end team and take code ownership of complex software feature initiatives • Involve designing, developing, integrating, into our core web-based app, services, and cloud infrastructure • Collaborate across teams to ensure security, stability, scalability, and performance of back-end projects • Work independently, supporting offshore and junior developers while contributing professionally to key technical decisions
