• Work with Robust.AI Sales Leadership to help size and position robotic solutions to both new and existing customers • Develop, maintain, and grow a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities in our target market • Drive and manage the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement to closed sales • Collaborate internally with solutions, marketing, product, and customer success teams to provide feedback from the field and ensure an ideal customer experience • Network and develop relationships with partners in our space to help expand our market presence • Travel to and spend time onsite with prospects to qualify and assess their current operations and fit of our solution • Lead and drive the expansion of systems at early-stage customer sites • Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information • Scale-up systems to meet the growing needs of the customer • Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements • Effectively communicate with customers daily to ensure smooth transitions to deployment and continued scaling opportunities • Communicate and troubleshoot with the Robust engineering team
• Own successful deployment execution across new customer launches and expansion sites • Build and operationalize the standard deployment lifecycle, including kickoff, site readiness, training, launch planning, go-live, stabilization, and internal handoff • Create and maintain the deployment playbook, tools, templates, and SOPs needed to improve deployment consistency and speed • Partner with Sales and Solutions teams to support pre-deployment planning, customer readiness assessment, and launch scoping • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Hardware, and Fleet teams to identify and remove deployment blockers • Lead site readiness reviews with customers across operations, training, facilities, staffing, and IT/networking requirements • Establish and report on key deployment metrics, including deployment timelines, launch quality, site readiness, and stabilization performance • Drive deployment issue escalation, risk management, and post-launch retrospectives • Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information • Build the foundation for a growing deployment organization, including role definition, operating rhythms, and management of future deployment hires • Travel frequently to customer sites and support critical launches in the field
• Own day-to-day planning and coordination for customer deployments and launch readiness • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer deployment execution and communication • Build and manage project plans, milestones, action trackers, risk logs, and deployment status updates • Run kickoff meetings, weekly deployment meetings, readiness reviews, and go-live check-ins with customer and internal teams • Coordinate customer readiness across operations, facilities, IT/networking, training, staffing, and workflow requirements • Partner with Robot Technicians, Engineering, Product, Hardware, Sales, and Customer Success leadership to support successful launches • Escalate risks and blockers quickly and ensure timely follow-up across cross-functional teams • Support onsite launch execution and customer communication during critical deployment periods • Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information • Provide deployment metrics readouts and support post-launch reviews and lessons learned • Build trusted customer relationships during deployment and early stabilization, and support expansion coordination over time as needed • Able to travel on short notice up to 80% of the time within the United States for customer launches and onsite support

As an Account Executive at Robust.AI, you will join a small fast-paced team working to sell, deploy, support, and expand the next generation of warehouse robotic systems. This is a high-visibility role that will provide an opportunity to work with all commercial and technical groups within the Robust.AI organization. You will possess a unique combination of well-developed customer-facing skills, problem-solving abilities, leadership, and relationship management through effective communication. You are also comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment can collaborate with a team and can pivot effectively. You will have a strong network and deep experience selling in fulfillment warehouses.
