Role Description This is a virtual coaching position, and coaches can reside anywhere in the world. - The key role of a Results Coach is to support and assist clients in obtaining their personal and professional goals. - The freedom to plan your coaching schedule and implement your plans to meet agreed-upon coaching key measurement objectives. - Maintain accurate records of coaching results, challenges, breakthroughs, and measurements. - Support coaching clients in achieving their outcomes through referrals to events, products, and continuous coaching. - Build extraordinary client relationships that create “raving fan” clients by supporting them in achieving their goals. - Enroll clients in having a Tony Robbins total immersion experience, which includes live events, products, and coaching. Qualifications - Preference is given to candidates with coaching certification and business background. - A demonstrated ability to effectively work as a team with other members of the Coaching Department and various departments within the company. - Acceptable computer skills and adherence to all company policies and procedures. - Ability to effectively influence and build rapport by coaching people from all over the world. - Ability to work from home. - At least two years of proven coaching history. Role Description The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist owns the post-purchase communication journey for our largest live and virtual events. From enrollment to event day, this role ensures every client is informed, prepared, and fully engaged. This is not a basic email marketing role. - Design and execute multi-phase communication strategies across email, SMS, messaging platforms, and client portals. - Build advanced audience segmentation based on purchase behavior, source, timing, and engagement history. - Develop structured communication “flight plans” that guide clients from enrollment to attendance. - Implement dynamic messaging logic and suppression rules to increase engagement while preventing over-communication. - Ensure all messaging reflects Tony Robbins brand standards and transformational impact. - Manage 4–6 concurrent event campaigns with competing deadlines and complex dependencies. - Build, QA-test, schedule, and monitor workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar platforms. - Track approvals, timelines, and deliverables using systems such as Asana and Slack. - Oversee translation and localization workflows when required. - Anticipate bottlenecks and adjust timelines proactively to meet event deadlines. - Serve as the operational hub between Sales, Marketing, Creative, IT, Logistics, and Client Service teams. - Create detailed project briefs outlining messaging objectives, audience segments, and calls to action. - Manage stakeholder approvals while maintaining clarity and forward momentum. - Ensure alignment between communication strategy and operational realities. - Analyze performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, scheduling conversions, and attendance trends. - Identify patterns and refine segmentation and cadence to improve results. - Contribute to reducing client service tickets through proactive communication strategy. - Continuously optimize workflows to increase efficiency and engagement. - Document best practices and build scalable communication systems. - Support enhancements to CRM and automation tools. - Improve operational precision across campaigns. Qualifications - 3–6+ years in lifecycle marketing, CRM campaign management, event communications, or similar roles. - Experience managing multi-channel campaigns at scale. - Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or comparable platforms. - Experience with project management systems such as Asana. - Strong analytical and reporting skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience with multilingual communications is a plus. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
