• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities • Support the Project Manager in managing budgets, timelines, and subcontractors • Prepare and maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards • Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members to facilitate project execution • Help track project milestones and generate progress reports • Participate in project meetings and take detailed notes • Assist in resolving issues and identifying opportunities for efficiency

• Receive and review facility maintenance work orders submitted by clients ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. • Prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks based on urgency, client requirements, and resource availability to ensure timely completion of work orders. • Coordinate with maintenance technicians, subcontractors, and vendors to assign tasks, provide instructions, and track progress on work orders. • Utilize facility management software to create and manage work orders, track labor and material costs, and generate reports on maintenance activities. • Communicate with clients, tenants, and stakeholders to provide updates on the status of work orders, schedule maintenance activities, and address any concerns or issues. • Collaborate with the procurement team to source and procure maintenance supplies, equipment, and services from vendors and suppliers. • Provide training and guidance to maintenance technicians on proper work order management procedures, safety protocols, and best practices for facility maintenance.
