• Travel extensively (up to 75%) to support fielding, training, and operational deployment at military installations • Provide hands-on support to Warfighters for system configuration, validation, customization, and training • Serve as the operational liaison between users and engineering teams to validate system performance and resolve issues • Capture user feedback, workflows, and mission needs to inform product development and enhancements • Support development and implementation of Tactical NetOps capabilities aligned with Army operational requirements • Translate operational concepts into technical requirements and actionable development inputs • Validate operational use cases and identify gaps in current system capabilities • Develop and deliver high-quality briefings, reports, and training materials to stakeholders • Improve training documentation and operational guides when not deployed • Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate complex operational insights clearly and effectively

• Travel frequently (up to 75%) to military installations to support system fielding, integration, and training • Install, configure, and validate software across distributed physical systems in austere environments • Partner with operators and soldiers to tailor system configurations to mission needs • Troubleshoot complex system and network issues and drive resolution to completion • Conduct root cause analysis and document findings for continuous improvement • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify bugs, influence design decisions, and implement enhancements • Validate system performance against operational use cases and evolving mission requirements • Develop and improve training materials, technical documentation, and field guides • Deliver clear, concise briefings and reports to customers and internal stakeholders • Support test events, exercises, and deployments, ensuring system readiness and reliability

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices using modern frameworks (e.g., Spring) • Build and manage containerized applications using Docker or equivalent technologies • Design, develop, and maintain a large-scale enterprise React application • Write high-quality unit and integration tests using JUnit and Jest • Support system integration, testing, and validation prior to operational release • Assist with cyber hardening to ensure software meets required security and compliance standards • Develop and maintain internal tools that support product development and delivery • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teammates to solve complex technical problems • Continuously improve code quality, performance, and maintainability • Take ownership and deliver results in fast-moving, mission-driven environments

• Drive the unique Dragonfly sales cycle from initial interest (trade shows, marketing) to closed opportunities. • Qualify leads effectively to ensure high-value utilization of Sales Engineers during the demonstration phase. • Secure invitations to participate in and provide execution support to critical military exercises and experiments (e.g., JPMRC, IVYSTING, PCC6) to prove operational capability in the field. • Work with RII Strategic Engagement Managers and Program Managers to grow our current operational footprint with the existing customers. • Leverage insights and connections to expand the customer set into the US Intelligence Community and broader DoD. • Manage the critical 6-12 month "adoption gap" following initial pilot purchases (1-4 systems), ensuring customer success and training to drive subsequent bulk orders. • Collaborate with engineering teams and Sales Engineers to translate exquisite, unique technical capabilities into mission-critical value for the customer. • Ensure all delivery-related documentation and proposals are accurate. • Enable effective engagement for training and support between customers and our engineers and support reps. • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to reduce lead times on bulk acquisitions.
