Role Description We are supporting an established international fintech and FX brokerage seeking a Global Head of Business Development (EMEA) to lead and scale Introducing Broker (IB) partnerships across global markets. This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving international IB acquisition, strengthening long-term partnerships, and accelerating revenue growth within the financial markets ecosystem. The successful candidate will combine hands-on global business development execution with team leadership and operational oversight, acting as a senior representative of the organisation across key markets and industry events. This role operates under an SLA / B2B contract structure and requires alignment with Cyprus office hours.
