Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. - Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. - Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. - Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. - Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. - Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives. Qualifications - Effective written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. - Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred. - Must have P&C License. - Must have State Farm Experience.
