About the role We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with insurance brokers interested in adopting our innovative computer vision solutions for workers' compensation. Responsibilities Identify and target insurance brokers who are potential clients for CompScience solutions Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within a geographic territory Collaborate with underwriters to generate revenue with targeted brokers and agencies Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients Collaborate with internal teams to smooth implementation and delivery of solutions to clients Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at insurance brokerages Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively position our solutions and tailor proposals accordingly Compensation: CompScience is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The on-target earning potential for this role is $150,000 - 250,000. Compensation is determined based on your qualifications and experience. Our total compensation package also includes equity and comprehensive benefits. • Generate new business opportunities through direct client engagement, presentations, and solution-oriented discussions. • Negotiate and secure contracts, aligning client needs with QuesTek’s capabilities. • Meet and surpass annual sales goal. • Cultivate and expand relationships with key customers, including government and corporate stakeholders. • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their challenges and demonstrating how ICMD® and Materials by Design® can resolve their material, engineering, and related product and company performance issues. • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new markets and grow existing accounts. • Collaborate with in-house marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with sales objectives and market demands. • Represent QuesTek at industry events and associations to build brand awareness and establish relationships with decision-makers. • Work closely with engineering, operations, and senior leadership to tailor solutions for clients and ensure delivery excellence.
