Job Description As Account Manager – Switzerland, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, as well as performing account development activities. You will also be tasked with creating competent and confident clinical champions to promote the use of our system and increase sales. You will also identify and act on educational opportunities and provide exceptional customer service and technical support for complex cases. You will work closely with the NeuWave Sale Manager Europe, the Marketing Manager and the EMEA Commercial Lead, to implement the strategy in his territory, increasing NeuWave’s adoption in selected KOLs. You must be willing and able to travel more than 60% of the time. A full & clean driving license is required. Your missions will be the following: - Attend live cases in customer accounts, serving as a technical consultant and providing education focused on creating competence and confidence of physicians and clinical staff. - Meet and exceed sales targets for their geographic area, maximizing sales and profit’s potential - Ensure timely, accurate reporting of any complaints or technical issues, following documented procedures. - Develop key relationships with new and existing customers to develop clinical champions and deliver fellows education programs. - Must develop and maintain expert level knowledge on commercially available NeuWave products. - Provide Clinical Support for new customers learning curve and for increasing product adoption - Seeks opportunities within accounts to increase system utilization and probe usage and encourage specialty discipline adoption - Deliver customer training plan and effectively transfer knowledge to empower customers to use NWM system effectively and independently. - Identify industry trends and relevant competitive information, implement and maintain a deep knowledge of competitor's products and strategies in the local market. Profile Required - You have at least five years' experience in medical device sales. - You have experience of reading CT, MRI and ultrasound imaging. - You have a strategic and big-picture approach. - You have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to build strong relationships quickly. - You are capable to gain in-depth product and procedure knowledge, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with all key stakeholders. - You must be self-disciplined and organised, and able to take ownership of and responsibility for business objectives. - You must be highly motivated and have a strong desire to succeed in a demanding role. - You are both a team player as well as an independent thinker. - You can positively influence thinking and behaviour, and gain commitment. - You are fluent in English. - You have mastered the Microsoft suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Job Description As Area Sales Manager (ASM) based in Western US, you will be responsible for creating and leading a strategy to drive the adoption and sustainable growth of our Epione® Interventional Oncology Robot. You will be responsible for selling and market development, collaborating with a team to support the broader launch of this new IO robotic segment.
