• You'll architect our entire creative workflow from scratch • Develop the prompt library for text-to-video, image-to-video, and image generation that produces consistently exceptional output • Create the quality framework that defines "good/great/exceptional" at SETR • Build the creative testing matrices (how we generate 10+ angles from one concept) • Design the format adaptation system (one concept → UGC, VSL, story ad, testimonial, luxury, etc.) • Document everything so new team members can produce 80% quality in week one, 95% quality by month three • Prove the system works by creating a complete brand from scratch in 48 hours • Run creative strategy sessions to understand clients' brand, offer, and ICP psychology • Produce 8-12 high-performing video ads per month per client • Create unlimited static ad variations for angle testing • Design landing page creative that converts • Iterate based on performance data • Maintain obsessive quality standards—every deliverable should make us proud • Build the training program for new creative team members • Establish the culture of "unreasonable standards" for creative quality • Train others to think strategically about creative, not just execute • Eventually lead a team of 3-5 creative specialists as we expand • Understand conversion psychology and what makes people buy • Study competitor creative and identify gaps and opportunities • Develop unique angles rooted in deep ICP research
