Role Description We are hiring a Senior Commercial Program Manager to bring structure and accountability to how our commercial teams work together. You will sit in the Office of the COO and run the programmes that depend on Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and RevOps working in sync. Today, the connective work between these teams sits with the COO. As we scale, we need a dedicated owner. This is the role. You will own things like: - Onboarding - Expansion plays - Joint campaigns - Win-loss programmes - The cadences and dependencies that make those programmes run on time What You’ll Do: - Design and run the handovers between Sales, CX, and Marketing (lead to opportunity, opportunity to onboarding, onboarding to expansion) - Run the joint programmes that span commercial teams: GTM launches, expansion plays, integrated campaigns, advocacy and case-study programmes - Equip Sales, CS, and Marketing with shared playbooks and enablement - Run the operational cadences: weekly syncs, monthly reviews, quarterly planning, dependency tracking - Work with RevOps to make sure every programme is measurable - Prepare commercial programme updates for the COO, CEO, and board - Identify where AI and automation can move commercial work faster, and pilot the workflows that prove out Qualifications - 5 to 7 years in programme management, commercial operations, or revenue operations in B2B SaaS or fintech - Track record of owning cross-functional programmes across Sales, Marketing, and CS, with clear accountability for outcomes - Comfortable holding senior stakeholders accountable without managing them - Clear written and verbal communicator, can translate complexity for executives - Familiar with Salesforce or HubSpot - Confident using LLMs and AI agents to accelerate work Nice to Have - Experience in fintech, digital banking, or financial services technology - Background in RevOps, sales ops, or CS ops - Familiar with OKR planning cycles - Hands-on experience deploying AI workflows in commercial work Benefits - Remote-first working arrangement based in Ireland - The chance to build a new function from the ground up - Direct partnership with the COO, CEO, and the commercial leadership team - An AI-first working environment - Competitive compensation and continuous learning benefits How to Apply Send us your resume, a short cover letter, and a brief note on a cross-functional programme you have owned end-to-end. Role Description We are hiring our first Product Marketing Manager. You will own how the market understands the Pulsate platform and all new features. You will work between Product and the commercial teams, make sure Sales, CS, and Marketing have what they need to sell and support, represent Pulsate at industry events, and feed what you learn back into Product. This role reports to the CEO and sits on the leadership team. The US credit union and community banking world runs on trust and relationships. We need someone who can show up, build those relationships, and turn them into commercial value over time. What You’ll Do - Own positioning and messaging for the Pulsate platform and all new features - Represent Pulsate at the key US industry events (CCUA Fintech Connect, ABA Conference for Community Bankers, Finovate, NACUSO, and others) and build relationships with peer FIs, partners, analysts, and trade press - Equip Sales, CS, and Marketing with the playbooks, demos, and case studies they need - Run our customer reference and case study programme - Feed customer and market insight back to Product and Engineering - Use AI tools in your daily work to move faster on content, research, and analysis Qualifications - 5 to 8 years in product marketing or B2B SaaS marketing, ideally with fintech or financial services experience - A strong storyteller, comfortable on stage, in customer meetings, and in working sessions with engineers - Deep curiosity about product and how it gets used - Commercial instinct: you think about pipeline, deals, and customer retention - Confident using LLMs and AI agents to do better work - Familiar with the tools we use day-to-day (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar, Notion) - Ireland only: 30%-40% US travel availability.
