• Source healthcare candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and outreach campaigns • Conduct phone screenings and virtual interviews with candidates • Review resumes, credentials, licenses, and work history • Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process • Build pipelines of healthcare professionals for future openings • Send emails, texts, and outreach campaigns to prospective candidates • Collaborate with recruiters, sourcers, and leadership team members • Meet recruiting activity and placement goals • Assist with reference checks and onboarding coordination

• Schedule patient appointments and manage provider calendars • Communicate with patients via phone, email, and patient portals • Update and maintain Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) • Verify insurance eligibility and assist with authorizations • Support billing, claims follow-up, and documentation • Prepare intake forms, medical reports, and correspondence • Coordinate between providers, staff, and patients • Follow HIPAA and U.S. healthcare compliance standards
