About the Role We are seeking a strategic and customer-obsessed Market-Facing and future oriented Product Leader to lead our efforts in understanding the intersection of industry research, competitive intelligence, AI disruption and go-to-market product strategy and development. This role bridges the gap between market needs and product innovation, ensuring our full portfolio of offerings are not only technically sound but also commercially successful. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including marketing, sales, customer success, and engineering—to set and shape product strategy and direction, validate market opportunities, and drive adoption and growth, with a focus on an AI first mindset. Role Responsibilities - Market & Industry Research - Conduct deep market analysis to identify trends, customer pain points, and emerging opportunities. - Develop and maintain competitive intelligence frameworks to inform product positioning and differentiation. - Engage with customers, analysts, and industry experts to validate hypotheses and gather insights. - Go-to-Market Strategy - Define and execute GTM strategies for new product launches and feature rollouts - Collaborate with marketing and sales to craft compelling messaging, positioning, and enablement materials. - Support pricing, packaging, and channel strategy decisions based on market dynamics and customer segmentation. - Play role of thought leader, speaking on panels, at conferences and industry events - Product Strategy & Roadmapping - Translate market insights into product requirements and strategic recommendations. - Partner with internal product managers to align roadmaps with market demand and business goals. - Advocate for the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle. - Thought Leadership & Evangelism - Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and customer briefings. - Produce whitepapers, blog posts, and presentations that showcase our market expertise and product value. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements - 10 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or strategy roles with a market-facing focus. - Proven track record of conducting market research and launching successful GTM initiatives with tangible commercial returns. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights. - Excellent communication and storytelling abilities. - Proven direct and matrix leadership experience at scale - Experience working in testing industry is a plus but not mandatory. - Confidence to play role as an ambassador, thought leader in the industry. - MBA or equivalent experience in strategy, marketing, or business development preferred. - Must have lead product function within a tech enabled scaled organization. Position Summary The Training & Systems Enablement Specialist is responsible for onboarding new sites and delivering comprehensive training solutions in support of organizational initiatives, including site conversions, system implementations, and broader organizational integration efforts. This role facilitates new hire onboarding, technical systems training, continuing education, and specialized product training while ensuring employees are equipped to successfully navigate evolving processes, proctoring requirements, and software platforms. About the Role • The Senior Test Content Services Specialist is an experienced contributor who applies technical expertise in exam content management, database management, and project management to the publication and maintenance of certification and education exams. The Sr. Test Content Services Specialist will import exam content from client representatives, prepare and configure exams for publication, and perform quality checks for publication and maintenance of exam forms in PSI’s proprietary item banking and exam delivery software. • This is a full-time permanent role, with flexible hours around core office availability Monday to Friday. The role can be performed remotely in the US, UK, or Sweden, with occasional travel for meetings, events and workshops. Role Responsibilities • Onboard new clients, review contracts, and determine appropriate test setup based on client requirements. • Set up content migration plan and timeline for new clients, with input from the client, internal project manager, and other key stakeholders. • Intake new exams for existing clients and publish exams according to established timeline requirements. • Develop and maintain timelines for test publication activities and track progress in project management ticketing software. • Format files to import client content into item banking and test delivery software, and ensure all data is imported accurately. • Prepare tests for publication, perform quality checks, and implement live updates to tests. • Collaborate with Information Technology personnel to provide software support and training for clients. • Identify potential test publication issues, troubleshoot, and suggest possible solutions to problems. • Conduct quality control according to department procedures and address issues. • Support peers with tasks related to test publication. • Participate in the development and maintenance of documentation of Test Content Services work processes and associated technology tools, including system user guides. • Maintain in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of proprietary test delivery software. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements Education to Bachelor’s degree level. 3+ years’ experience in exam publication, item bank management and/or database management. Strong proofreading skills required. Strong experience with project management processes and workflows. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with XML, HTML and QTI file formats.
