Role Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support our US operations. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, excellent verbal and written communication, good numerical accuracy, and strong logical reasoning abilities. This role involves handling structured data, validating information, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting operations workflows during US business hours. - Handle and process large datasets accurately using Microsoft Excel - Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks - Communicate clearly with internal teams and US-based stakeholders - Analyze numeric data and identify discrepancies or anomalies - Maintain structured records and documentation - Follow defined SOPs and timelines for daily operational tasks - Proactively flag issues and suggest process improvements - Support billing, reporting, and operational workflows as required Qualifications - Excellent spoken and written English communication - Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, filters, basic data analysis) - Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail - Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills - Ability to handle data responsibly and confidentially - Proactive attitude with ownership mindset - Comfortable working US night shifts (7 PM IST onwards) Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Accounting, or related field - Prior experience in operations, data handling, back-office, or analytics - Experience working with US clients or US shift processes is a plus
