Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Workday HCM Functional Architect or similar role
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM configuration, data structures, and business processes
- Experience designing job architecture and/or compensation frameworks
- Ability to translate business requirements into Workday-aligned solutions
- Strong advisory and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience supporting RFPs or pre-sales solutioning efforts
- Prior experience working with higher education or large, complex organizations
- Experience in end-to-end Workday implementations, including design through deployment
