• Act as the strategic partner for a portfolio of high-value customers • Drive retention, expansion, and long-term customer value — not just “happiness” • Identify risks early, create action plans, and push customers toward measurable ROI • Lead QBRs, success plans, and executive-level conversations with practice owners and operators • Create scalable onboarding and education programs that reduce dependency on 1:1 support • Develop playbooks, workflows, and best-practice guides for complex operational use cases • Turn real customer learnings into repeatable content that helps every customer succeed faster • Lead adoption of new features, AI tools, and workflows across your book of business • Own customer-facing rollout strategy for major product launches • Help customers rethink and modernize their internal processes to fully leverage Prospyr • Be the voice of the customer in product discussions — grounded in real usage • Work directly with Product and Engineering to translate customer problems into solutions • Participate in betas, pilots, and early feature testing with customers • Collaborate with Support, Implementation, and Marketing to improve the full customer lifecycle • Help define Customer Success processes, metrics, and tooling as the company scales

• Own end-to-end data migrations for new and expanding customers • Import and validate patient, appointment, invoice, payment, provider, service, and membership data • Map data from a wide range of legacy systems (EMRs, POS tools, spreadsheets, exports) • Identify, clean, normalize, and reconcile inconsistent or incomplete data • Perform QA checks to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity post-migration • Work directly with customers during onboarding to define migration scope and timelines • Explain data requirements, limitations, and tradeoffs in a clear, customer-friendly way • Support go-live readiness by ensuring migrated data aligns with customer workflows • Troubleshoot and resolve migration issues quickly and accurately • Maintain and improve migration playbooks, templates, and checklists • Document repeatable patterns for common legacy systems • Partner with Engineering and Product to improve migration tooling and automation • Surface recurring data issues and upstream product improvements • Partner closely with Customer Experience and Implementation teams on go-live execution • Coordinate with Engineering on complex migrations or edge cases • Provide internal visibility into migration status, risks, and blockers

• Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications using React for frontend, TypeScript for type-safe development, and GraphQL for efficient API interactions. • Own end-to-end project lifecycles, including architecture decisions, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring. • Use AI-powered IDE tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) to accelerate development workflows and enhance code quality. • Collaborate with product teams to iterate on features rapidly, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals. • Optimize performance, scalability, and security of our applications, troubleshooting issues in production environments. • Conduct code reviews and contribute to best practices in a fast-moving agile setup. • Stay ahead of emerging technologies in fullstack development, AI, and healthcare tech to inform our roadmap.
