Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Bilingual | REMOTE Locations: multiple states At Progressive Option Support Services LLC, we’re building something meaningful—support systems that truly impact children and families. We’re currently looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is not only clinically strong, but genuinely passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with ASD. What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you’ll take the lead in shaping and guiding ABA services for the families you support. Your work will directly influence progress, growth, and everyday wins for both children and caregivers. - Oversee and guide individualized, home-based ABA programs - Design and implement effective, ethical treatment plans tailored to each child - Supervise and support Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery - Provide hands-on training in ABA methods to both staff and caregivers - Partner with families through parent training and ongoing support - Manage clinical documentation, including insurance authorizations - Utilize and interpret assessments such as VB-MAPP, AFLS, and ABLLS to inform care What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who brings both clinical expertise and a strong human approach to their work. - Active BCBA certification and New Jersey LBA - Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field - At least 6 months of hands-on ABA experience - Bilingual, Spanish speaking preferably - Strong ability to assess, develop, and adjust treatment plans effectively - Experience supervising and mentoring team members in a clinical setting - Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal) - Ability to build trust with families and collaborate across teams - A thoughtful, adaptable approach to working with diverse populations - Organized, reliable, and able to manage responsibilities independently Why Join Progressive Option Support Services? ****Immediate Hire**** Progressive Option Support Services LLC is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team!! We seek qualified and dedicated professionals to service children and families throughout NJ. This is a fully remote role anywhere in the US. We are seeking this new hire to be bilingual in Spanish. Responsibilities (vary depending on qualifications) : - Oversee and monitor a comprehensive ABA home program - Design, teach, and supervise ABA interventions that are ethical and effective - Supervise behavioral technicians and others who implement behavior analytic interventions - Provide training in ABA methods - Implement parent training to caregivers and other family members - Prepares updated authorizations for insurance - Implement treatment programs for children with ASD Requirements : - Possess a valid certificate as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Pass a criminal background check - Comply with all HIPAA (confidentiality) laws as it relates to Protected Health Information. - Be reliable, punctual, organized, and a self starter - Must be creative, enthusiastic, and a team player! - Have reliable technology - Bilingual BCBAs: Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, and Arabic etc. Qualifications: - Current BCBA certification - At least 1 year of home-based ABA experience - Master's Degree in ABA or related field, i.e., Special Ed., Child Psych, etc. - Familiarity and ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments (such as VBMAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, etc.) - Display excellent clinical competence and judgment; ability of working in a multi-disciplinary team environment - Ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services - Ability to build strong, supportive relationships with parents and other caregivers - Respect for cultural diversity and capability of adapting ABA procedures to that diversity - Excellent written and verbal skills; detail oriented - Strong leadership and management capabilities. - Willingness to accept supervision and guidance, & remedy any identified deficits or weaknesses.
