We’re currently looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is not only clinically strong, but genuinely passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with ASD. What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you’ll take the lead in shaping and guiding ABA services for the families you support. Your work will directly influence progress, growth, and everyday wins for both children and caregivers. - Oversee and guide individualized, home-based ABA programs - Design and implement effective, ethical treatment plans tailored to each child - Supervise and support Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery - Provide hands-on training in ABA methods to both staff and caregivers - Partner with families through parent training and ongoing support - Manage clinical documentation, including insurance authorizations - Utilize and interpret assessments such as VB-MAPP, AFLS, and ABLLS to inform care What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who brings both clinical expertise and a strong human approach to their work. - Active BCBA certification and New Jersey LBA - Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field - At least 6 months of hands-on ABA experience - Bilingual, Spanish speaking preferably - Strong ability to assess, develop, and adjust treatment plans effectively - Experience supervising and mentoring team members in a clinical setting - Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal) - Ability to build trust with families and collaborate across teams - A thoughtful, adaptable approach to working with diverse populations - Organized, reliable, and able to manage responsibilities independently Why Join Progressive Option Support Services? The Program Controller participates in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting on multiple projects of varying contract type, size, complexity, and level of risk. Responsibilities include significant interface with project managers, senior technical staff, as well as other functional organizations including contracts, finance, accounts receivable, procurement, subcontract management, etc. This position can be worked 100% remote nationwide Duties will include, but are not limited to: - Reports detailed information, analyzes financial data in support of project cost/schedule status and presents briefings to SAIC managers and customers as required. - Accurately and timely report customer weekly and/or monthly status reports maintaining accurate burn rate and LOF information. - Support development of spend plans for assigned programs and perform financial analysis including but not limited to maintaining Estimate at Completion (EACs) - Participate in AOP (annual operating plan, Quarterly forecast, monthly latest revised estimates - Analyze and reconcile cash flow, profitability, invoicing, unbillables and costs on hold on a recurring basis. - Submit and maintain purchase requisitions for subcontractors, consultants, and materials; monitoring subcontractor's cost and review/approval of invoices - Participates in new business proposals, project projections, analysis of requirements, and input to cost and management volumes. - Support other programmatic ad hoc requests, as needed / requested by manager - Proactively participates in process improvement efforts relating to finance SAIC® is a premier Fortune 500® mission integrator focused on advancing the power of technology and innovation to serve and protect our world.
