Role Description The Integrated Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing engagement and social media strategies across all platforms and channels to increase awareness of the organization's mission and activities and to mobilize table partners. The position serves as the primary contact for communication related to general program information, activities and table partnerships. Reporting directly to the Communications Director, the Integrated Communications Manager serves as a liaison between the Comms team and external stakeholders, cultivating relationships and providing essential creative and educational support to staff, table partners and other stakeholders. - Assist and support the annual overall strategic communications plan - Staff and Campaign marketing and communications support - Social media strategy and execution - Website content planning and execution - Content creation and dissemination - Event technical support and logistics Qualifications - 3 - 5 years of experience in graphic design, social media marketing or content development - BS degree in Marketing or a relevant field preferred - Prior experience working with nonprofits or campaigns is a plus - Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or equivalent digital media editing tools - Familiarity with web design platforms (Squarespace a plus) - Proficient knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics, including management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later) - Excellent copywriting skills - Knowledge of online marketing channels - Excellent communication skills - Analytical and multitasking skills Requirements - Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer - Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time Benefits - Competitive salary up to $65,000 based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package - Company-paid benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance - Summer, fall, winter breaks, holidays, vacation, sickness, and workplace mental health paid time off - Career advancement and dedicated to professional development/coaching - Opportunity to participate in a 401(k) retirement plan - Health/Gym memberships and Tuition/Education Assistance
