• Own the overall marketing strategy, spanning brand, growth, product, and communications. • Build and lead high-performing marketing initiatives across content, demand gen, social, and PR. • Craft and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness, activation, and adoption of Profile.com. • Oversee performance marketing and organic growth experiments

• Work closely with our Product and Engineering team to build out new features for the profile.com platform. • Assume leadership of new projects; from initial concept to deployment. • Identify and mitigate risks and issues, and provide solutions
