• Analyze and efficiently implement customer processes • Track the solution process in collaboration with clients and relevant business units • Perform SAP customizing/configuration • Conduct trainings and workshops for our clients

• Analyze and develop concrete client use cases for leveraging data- and AI-based IT solutions • Create practically implementable solution concepts — technical, functional, and architectural • Develop PoC, MVP, and production-ready applications on cloud and on-premise stacks • Use modern LLM technologies: embeddings, re-ranking, prompting, fine-tuning, retrieval concepts, and other methods when they increase customer value • Collaborate closely with our architects, consultants, and clients to integrate solutions into existing system landscapes • Contribute to the further development of our product lines (QI-Box, QI-Flow) and our standardized implementation process

• Analyze, design and efficiently implement customers' technical requirements • Advise new customers on implementing SAP EWM and on current topics such as embedded EWM on S/4HANA or KEP solutions (courier, express and parcel services) • Support our existing clients in improving and further developing their logistics processes, as well as identifying and implementing new solution approaches • Perform tasks independently or as part of the project team, depending on volume and complexity • Conduct trainings and workshops at customer sites
