Business Development Manager, Non-QM

• Provide day-to-day support to Account Executives, brokers, and correspondent partners, ensuring smooth loan flow, accurate communication, and exceptional service throughout the loan process. • Serve as a primary point of contact for Account Executives regarding Non-QM loan products, guidelines, and complex loan scenarios. • Provide product, pricing, and eligibility support, helping to structure and pre-screen Non-QM files for submission. • Coordinate with operations, underwriting, and funding teams to ensure efficient processing and resolution of loan issues. • Monitor and track loan submissions and funding timelines to maintain consistent communication and pipeline flow. • Prepare and distribute marketing and training materials to support Account Executives and TPO partners. • Assist with the onboarding and Non-QM education of new broker and correspondent partners. • Collaborate closely with leadership to identify opportunities to improve the client experience and streamline internal processes.
Residential Mortgage Loss Mitigation Analyst

• Responsible for performing loss mitigation analysis and performance audits within company servicing-retained portfolio • Routinely audit loans selected for post-forbearance and active loss mitigation performance • Work directly with sub-servicer for compliance to company and investor policies and procedures • Monitor pipeline of loss mitigation workouts (forbearance, modifications, short sales, deed-in-lieu) • Assess necessary remedies to address noncompliance • Regularly examine data reports for accuracy, trends, and anomalies • Recommend and implement new monitoring and exception reporting • Works closely with Company’s sub-servicer, their systems, and reports • Review and audit sub-servicer for loss mitigation process and performance • Routinely review and monitor sub-servicer loss mitigation pipeline • Work with Management to develop procedural manuals and training materials related to the audit of sub-servicer’s loss mitigation performance • Communicate with Management regarding trends, issues, and needed escalation • Demonstrate a good working knowledge of the processes and procedures with the ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities • Interact with investors, vendors, and agency representatives as needed
Compliance Analyst

• Own and manage the adverse action pipeline, ensuring compliance with ECOA requirements, timely issuance of notices, and accurate tracking and documentation for audit and regulatory review. • Review and respond to compliance tickets through Freshdesk (or similar system), providing clear, accurate guidance and ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed. • Prepare and maintain exam-ready loan files and support documentation for internal audits, regulatory exams, and third-party reviews. • Support and monitor compliance audits, including tracking findings, assisting with remediation efforts, and ensuring timely follow-up on corrective actions. • Identify potential compliance risks through daily activities and escalating issues or recommend process improvements to management. • Follow established compliance procedures, job aids, and regulatory guidelines in all assigned tasks. • Perform other related duties as assigned.
