Role Description We are seeking a talented and creative Salesforce Marketing Cloud Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing visually appealing and effective marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, email design, and marketing automation. - Design and develop email templates, landing pages, and other digital assets using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and execute marketing campaigns that align with business goals. - Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Content Builder to create personalized customer journeys. - Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to optimize future marketing efforts. - Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and industry best practices. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Designer or similar role. - Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Content Builder. - Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and email design best practices. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Requirements - Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems. - Knowledge of data segmentation and personalization techniques. - Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
