In this role, you'll own a portfolio of high-value client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to some of the world's leading companies as they navigate the complexities of global mobility. Key Responsibilities - Manage and grow assigned client relationships with a focus on retention, profitability, and service excellence - Develop strategic plans and best practices that deepen client partnerships and drive measurable outcomes - Consult with clients and internal teams on global mobility trends, policy changes, and program enhancements - Design and conduct tailored client business reviews - Serve as the escalation point for client and relocating employee issues when it matters most - Partner with the Client Relations team on account management strategies and new opportunities - Support sales presentations and new client implementations as needed - Represent Plus in industry forums and professional networks Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience in account management within the global mobility industry - Demonstrated ability to manage complex, executive-level client relationships - Strong consultative and negotiation skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Self-starter who works well autonomously and as part of a collaborative team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new systems quickly - College degree preferred or equivalent experience - CRP and/or GMS certification preferred Benefits - This role offers a salary range of $95,000 – $120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. - Annual discretionary profit-sharing bonus - Paid floating holiday - 401(k) retirement contributions - Multiple medical plan options with a significant portion of premiums paid by the company - Dental and vision coverage - Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contributions - Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid volunteer hours - Company-paid life, AD&D, short- and long-term disability insurance - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Wellness incentives and strengths-based development culture - Flexible remote work Company Description We believe work should be meaningful, rewarding, and fun.
