• Build and maintain our automated data layer: API pulls from Xero, Deel, and Revolut into Google Sheets • Own the design, build, and maintenance of our cash monitoring tool • Track FTE costs by team and country • Own the data gathering, modelling, and tooling behind our compensation framework • Run the quarterly bonus calculation end-to-end • Maintain the hiring plan vs. budget model • Design our vendor management system and lead evaluation of new tools

• Accounting close & reporting — run the monthly close, reconciliations, and management accounts through our Xero/Dext/Banking stack, working alongside our external bookkeeper who handles day-to-day transaction processing • Tax & compliance — be the point of contact for our external tax advisor, who prepares tax filings; you provide the data, review the outputs, and make sure nothing slips through the calendar • Payroll — manage monthly payroll submissions and reconciliations alongside our global payroll provider Deel across 16 countries and 3 engagement models (direct employees, EoRs, contractors) • Corporate governance — maintain our share register, prepare AGM materials and board packs, and coordinate capital increase documentation with legal counsel; well-structured processes are already in place • Treasury operations — execute bank transfers, manage the quarterly liquidity plan, and administer fixed term deposits; this is checklist-driven work that rewards attention to detail and critical thinking • Vendor payments & AP — run the weekly invoice and payment cycle, keep vendor files current, and maintain our approval workflows • Audit support — prepare documentation and liaise with auditors for our annual limited audit; Elliot leads the process, you make sure everything is ready

• We’re building an AI system for analysts and scientists based on a fundamentally new approach to reasoning and knowledge representation. • Our system composes algorithms symbolically to represent complex information through structured, probabilistic models. • This allows users to apply rigorous statistical modeling to challenging problems, while maintaining a fully verifiable reasoning path. • We are seeking domain experts to collaborate with us on developing high-value use cases that leverage our system’s unique capabilities. • Rather than acting as traditional consultants; we need builders and practitioners who are ready to integrate these solutions directly into pilot users’ workflows, drawing on their established industry networks to drive real-world adoption.

• Manage the development roadmap: Own the roadmap from a process perspective, working with leadership as well as individual contributors, to identify interdependencies, and adapt to shifts in priorities and timelines. • Lead quarterly planning: Drive the planning process, initiate and prepare reviews; identify potential goal owners early and provide support and guidance to ensure good planning and risk management across the team. • Steer features from idea to implementation: Coordinate work across multiple topics; when a new feature idea comes up, ensure it progresses from product specification, design, and prioritisation, through to implementation, bridging gaps between different technical and product areas. • Maintain technical documentation and tooling: Take ownership of the processes and documentation used across the company, reviewing frequently and coordinating updates and improvements. • Facilitate communication: Be a responsive point of contact across our channels, connecting team members with the right information and resources. • Stay hands-on: Contribute directly to high-priority development tasks and automations.
