Role Description The Revenue Development Representative (RDR) will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by following proven processes to prospect into target accounts, qualify opportunities, and set meetings for the sales team. Role Description As an Enterprise Sales Executive at Phenom People, you will be responsible for driving new business and revenue growth by selling our talent experience management software to large enterprise clients. You will be a key member of our sales team, working closely with our marketing and product teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
