Role Description This role involves coordinating many moving pieces, tracking details, and helping work move forward smoothly behind the scenes. - Support international pet relocations by coordinating operational details - Work closely with Global PetRelocation Managers (RMs), vendors, airlines, and internal teams - Assess situations, adjust plans as needed, and flag issues appropriately - Maintain clear, accurate shipment records in Salesforce - Communicate clearly to manage expectations with vendors, agents, and internal stakeholders Qualifications - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting timelines - Clear written and verbal communication skills - Comfort working within structured, documentation-heavy, or compliance-driven environments - Ability to prioritize assigned work over exploratory or ad hoc tasks - Comfort working independently in a remote environment - Ability to exercise sound judgment and escalate issues appropriately - Experience in logistics, travel coordination, operations, customer support, or administrative roles is helpful but not required Requirements - Experience working in a small or growing company - Exposure to international services or regulated environments - Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) - Comfort using standard productivity tools (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace) - Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (any field) Benefits - Open paid time off from the start, with a recommendation to take around two weeks during the first year - Paid holidays including your birthday - Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) with company contribution - Telemedicine Medical Visits - Wellness Program with rewards - Ability to contribute to your 401k account
