• Design visually compelling assets across digital channels including social media, advertising, websites, landing pages, and email campaigns. • Create high-quality corporate and marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, reports, and branded collateral. • Translate creative briefs and brand guidelines into clear, effective, and consistent visual solutions. • Develop and maintain templates, visual systems, and brand libraries to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. • Prepare final production-ready files for both digital and print, ensuring correct formats, sizing, resolution, bleed, and quality standards. • Contribute to UI/UX design projects and collaborate on user-centered digital experiences when required. • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver work on schedule. • Work closely with marketing, content, and management teams to refine concepts and continuously improve creative output.

• Design and implement end-to-end AI and LLM-based systems • Work extensively with Large Language Models (LLMs) • Build and maintain advanced Prompt Engineering frameworks • Design and manage Knowledge Bases for AI (company content, documents, data) • Fine-tune and train AI models using internal organizational data • Implement RAG architectures using Vector Databases • Integrate and orchestrate multiple AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure AI, etc.) • Convert AI outputs into usable tools for sales, marketing, content, and analytics teams • Design AI infrastructure ready for SaaS and client-facing products • Collaborate closely with Full Stack Developers and business stakeholders

• Design and implement service-based / microservice-oriented architectures • Build scalable backend systems capable of handling high traffic and concurrency • Design backend infrastructure suitable for AI-driven platforms • Make architectural decisions for performance, scalability, and maintainability • Develop backend services using .NET Core (primary backend stack) • Build and manage APIs and services using Node.js where appropriate • Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access systems • Build background workers, queues, and async processing systems • Optimize database performance for high-load systems • Design data models suitable for AI workflows and analytics • Ensure data consistency, reliability, and scalability • Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using React • Build dashboards and admin panels for AI-driven systems • Collaborate with designers and AI teams to implement complex UI workflows • Integrate AI services and APIs into backend systems • Monitor system performance and reliability
