Our team is growing, and we are hiring a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity for a Business Development Manager - UGI. THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION. The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time. This is a full-time position featuring employee benefits including: - Health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance - Paid holiday, vacation, and sick time - 401K with company contribution - Tuition reimbursement Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position: - Cross functional partnership and leading through influence across the integrated sales and lab teams. - Drive strategic account management and delivery at the UGI Level, focusing on the development and execution of long-term business plans to protect share and drive growth. - Identify, establish, and maintain strong working relationships with key decision makers in assigned University, Government and Institutional accounts. - Serve as primary business contact and communication liaison with key accounts and contacts. - Managing relations and all contract negotiations, pricing support and sales related support functions for NDX products and service sold to UGI Customers. - Secure/implement contracts that increase share, revenue and GP within the customer base. - Establish and maintain relationships with key UGI decision makers while positioning and delivering economic and value-related solutions. - Responsible for driving overall UGI sales growth through existing customer base as well as converting new UGI prospects into NDX customers within assigned geography. - Negotiate & Sign agreements with UGI Customers to drive profitable market share gains. - Work with NDX Sales, Marketing, Lab, and other strategic partners to develop and implement corporate strategies. - Monitor and manage performance to customer levels to help drive daily revenue. - Provide contracting support, overview and direction when needed. - Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level. - Understand customer needs and establish specific business plans and solutions that meet those needs while driving NDX business objectives. - Monitor UGI strategies and marketplace developments and communicate throughout the organization as appropriate. Qualifications - Corporate account and large account management (UGI experience preferred, Medical Device and Pharma experience considered) - Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed quota in a matrix sales environment with sell point directly to end user as well as influencers. - Leading Teams & Project Management - Experience with Customer Negotiations - Ability to handle multiple projects, meet required deadlines of each and deliver results. - Excellent listening skills to assess concerns and needs of the customer. - Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with a wide array of both external and internal customers. - Proficient computer skills including typing and familiarity with Microsoft Office products - Welcomes and embraces accountability. - Must be able to travel in this role, travel 50% of time. Requirements - BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred - Minimum of 5 years successful sales, marketing or service related experience to direct customer delivery in the Dental or Healthcare field. - 3 years of remote team management.
