This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid | Must reside in Sneads Ferry, NC Key Responsibilities - Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and appointments across multiple time zones. - Email & Communication Support: Monitor, prioritize, and respond to emails on behalf of the VP; draft correspondence as needed. - Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. - Document Preparation: Create presentations, reports, and meeting materials; maintain accurate records and files. - Project Assistance: Support special projects, research tasks, and follow-up on action items. - Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism. - Vendor & Client Liaison: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the VP. - Assist with office mail handling - Coordinate shipments, including: FedEx runs, company merchandise orders and deliveries, preparing and assembling company swag, merchandise, and gift boxes - Assist with ad hoc projects and carry out a wide range of personal and professional tasks as requested, including handling tasks as directed - Perform all other duties as assigned Qualifications - Experience: Minimum 3–5 years as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
