• Oversees on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. • Coordinates daily operations, manages subcontractors and field personnel, and ensures compliance with plans, specifications, and company standards. • Proactively identifies issues, facilitates solutions, and maintains clear communication with project managers, engineers, and clients. • Conducts site surveys to identify problem areas for scope creation. • Checks type and condition of drainage. • Verifies number of parking and handicapped stalls and ADA slope. • Measure square footage of asphalt, concrete apron, and sidewalks. • Make note of electric and sewer locations (DigSafe). • Conducts material and soil testing as needed. • Clearly marks repair areas on aerial (asphalt in numerals, concrete in letters). • Takes photos and/or video of overall lot and repair areas. • Submits completed surveys to Project Manager and uploads report and photos into the PaveIT system. • Travels to job sites and monitors work from start to finish to ensure that each phase of work is completed properly in order to eliminate future punch list items. • As on-site quality control manager, documents the adherence to specifications and requirements. • Ensures that all safety procedures are followed per KAI safety policy. • Keeps excellent records of all job activities and uploads reports and photos to the PaveIT system daily. • Communicates with assigned project manager on a daily basis. • Builds rapport with all parties on the job (client, subcontractor, and other professionals). • Conducts pre-construction meetings with all stakeholders. • Meets with customer’s appointed representative each morning to go over the day’s schedule and discuss any operations that may require cooperation during the business day. • Represents KAI in a professional manner at all times.
• Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business objectives • Manage and update content calendars to ensure consistent posting across all social media platforms • Monitor trends and adjust strategies to increase engagement and reach • Manage relationships with vendors (photographers, videographers, etc.) and outside agencies to ensure quality content is being generated • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms • Design and edit social media graphics, short videos, and other visual content to support brand messaging • Write compelling captions, hashtags, and calls to action to encourage interaction • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner • Engage with followers, industry leaders, and partners to foster relationships and brand loyalty • Identify opportunities for user-generated content and brand advocacy • Manage online reviews, encouraging satisfied customers to leave positive feedback on Google, Facebook, and other platforms • Track key social media metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize content performance • Prepare regular reports on engagement, follower growth, and campaign success • Work closely with regional marketing managers and sales teams to create social media campaigns that support lead generation efforts • Align social media messaging with overall marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns • Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-quality visuals and multimedia content • Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices • Identify new opportunities for engagement and content innovation • Experiment with emerging social media features and formats to keep content fresh and engaging
