Position Details: - Main Office location: Westwood, MA - Job Type: Part Time - Schedule: Weekends and Evenings - Pay Range: $18.00 - $21.00 Hourly Rate - Must complete in-office training during normal business hours - Must commit to at least four major holidays annually Responsibilities: - Maintaining clinician schedules over the weekend - Provides superior customer service to internal staff, and external customers and patients - Ensures patient visits are scheduled as needed; Collaborates with clinical staff and Clinical Managers on scheduling issues - Ensures scheduling and re-scheduling of patient visits in an accurate and timely manner - Provides back up administrative support as needed - Answers and triage's telephone calls - Ensure timely completion of daily workflow tasks - Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: - 1 year of experience using Homecare Homebase preferred - Enjoy working remotely on a laptop on multiple different electronic records and platforms - Technical skills must include proficiency using computers, scheduling software, etc. - Great attitude and compassion for our staff and patients - Independent problem solver and critical thinker to aid our staff and patients Our Benefits: - 401k with an Employer Match - Free Gym access at the Home Office Pathways Healthcare is committed to providing exceptional care to our patients and fostering a positive work environment for our team members.
