Role Description We’re looking for someone special who sees organisational quality and compliance as something we build together. Qualifications - Experience in audit, accreditation, compliance and quality improvement - Ability to build collaborative relationships across all levels of an organisation - Confidence interpreting standards and translating them into practical actions - Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail - Excellent written communication and reporting skills - Sound judgement when handling confidential or sensitive information - A calm, organised approach when managing multiple priorities - Alignment with our values and continuous improvement mindset Requirements - Three or more years’ experience in audit, compliance, accreditation or quality assurance - Experience supporting health, mental health, community services or digital service accreditation - Knowledge of National Standards of Mental Health Services, Quality Improvement Council Health and Community Services Standards, National Safety and Quality Digital Mental Health Standards, National Standards for Volunteer Involvement and any other relevant quality and accreditation standards - Experience leading or coordinating continuous improvement activities - Experience supporting privacy, records requests or information release processes - Strong project coordination and organisational skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - High attention to detail and strong analytical capability - Confidence using Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook and Excel - Ability to manage confidential information with discretion - A collaborative, self-directed approach aligned with PANDA’s values - Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload Benefits - Meaningful work that strengthens the quality of mental health services - Opportunity to shape organisation-wide quality improvement - Supportive, collaborative team environment - Flexible remote working - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - NFP salary packaging & Portable Long Service Leave - Learning and development opportunities
