• Carry and exceed a quota in a true account executive role, owning revenue across inbound and outbound pipeline • Own the full sales cycle for fast-moving opportunities, typically under 60 days from initial contact to close • Convert inbound interest into qualified opportunities and revenue • Generate outbound pipeline through research, targeting, and prospecting • Support enterprise sales cycles led by the Director of Enterprise Accounts • Develop proposals and presentations that demonstrate business value and technical credibility • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts within 3 to 6 months post-sale • Maintain clean, accurate pipeline management and forecasting in CRM • Generate a minimum of 3 highly qualified opportunities per month • Participate in pipeline reviews and forecasting with discipline and accuracy • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Client Success to improve targeting, messaging, and execution
• Your primary role is to perform penetration testing of web applications, mobile applications, thick clients, and APIs. • Source code review and whitebox penetration testing to prove the impact of application flaws. • Reverse engineering of mobile and thick client applications. • You sometimes chain application flaws to other areas, such as cloud and on-prem AD infrastructure. • Opportunities for lateral movement into the infrastructure teams are limited and given at the manager's discretion. • Develop detailed reports on findings and remediations for impactful findings. • You will learn to debrief these findings at both a technical and executive level. • Perform SAST and DAST on enterprise, SaaS, and custom in-house applications. • Experience in using scanners and knowledge of validation and elimination of false positives. • A strong understanding of OWASP in Web, API, Mobile, and AI/LLM is necessary, but you will be asked to go beyond.
• Lead and execute penetration tests across: Web and mobile applications, Cloud and infrastructure, Red team engagements • Work on and help shape advanced service offerings, pushing Packetlabs’ technical depth and differentiation • Support scoping and pre-engagement discussions, helping ensure projects are realistic, high-impact, and aligned with client risk • Actively coach and mentor consultants with a strong focus on long-term career growth • Conduct regular 1:1s focused on skills development, feedback, and career progression • Help team members identify their strengths, areas for growth, and learning paths (both technical and soft skills)
• Translate business goals into high-growth GTM strategies • Refine market positioning for credible, high-impact differentiation • Elevate technical messaging to reflect our quality and rigor over generic jargon • Leverage market gaps to expand brand relevance and market share • Align marketing with executive leadership to drive growth, reputation, and expansion • Scale demand-gen for a consistent, qualified pipeline • Direct multi-channel campaigns across all organic, paid, and social platforms (with notable emphasis on SEO/AEO) • Drive ABM with Sales to accelerate revenue and effectiveness • Align marketing with BD through clear ROI and conversion visibility • Position Packetlabs as the authority in advanced penetration testing • Ensure brand consistency across all forms of messaging, design, and digital touchpoints • Cultivate industry and media partnerships to amplify reputation and visibility • Scale brand awareness while deepening trust and commercial relevance • Uphold technical integrity throughout all brand growth initiatives • Lead a high-performing team grounded in accountability, collaboration, and excellence • Execute as a player-coach; set the standard by example and via ongoing coaching • Define ownership and best-practice rhythms for bottleneck-free execution of strategy • Build scalable foundations through optimized structures, tools, and workflows • Foster a culture where good ideas win, weak work is improved quickly, and performance is measured honestly • Partner with Sales to directly drive pipeline creation and revenue growth • Partner with R&D to launch new, well-positioned solutions • Ensure marketing is not operating in isolation by building tight feedback loops between market response, sales insight, and service evolution. • Manage the marketing budget to ensure resources are allocated based on strategic priorities and measurable business value • Establish clear metrics to track campaign impact and marketing contribution • Leverage data to scale high-performing initiatives and cut underperformers • Drive disciplined experimentation over random activity or trend-following
• Drive new business by generating and qualifying leads through strategic outbound prospecting using email, LinkedIn, phone, and social selling • Craft outreach that is so personalized, relevant, and insightful that it is too hard to ignore • Leverage investor reports, strategy documents, and company earnings calls to create messaging that resonates with executive buyers • Engage decision-makers and build relationships through consultative selling approaches • Book and qualify meetings using the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) framework • Work closely with Account Executives to understand won business, the factors that drove the deal, and how the client achieved success • Use insights from won deals to identify and source similar clients in related industries or with shared pain points • Track key performance metrics such as response rates, meetings set, and opportunities created. Log all activity in our CRM • Continuously refine outreach strategies based on data, coaching, and market feedback • Stay informed about cybersecurity trends to have relevant conversations with CISOs, IT leaders, and security professionals • Learn, understand, and embrace the culture and core values of Packetlabs

• Owning the technical and cultural integration of the Australian security team into Packetlabs’ global practice • Mentoring intermediate and junior pentesters locally • Setting and enforcing documentation, workflow, and tooling standards used across regions • Acting as a cultural and technical bridge between regions • Participate in cross-region projects (you will not be siloed to “APAC-only” work) • Communicate findings clearly in both written and verbal formats • Contribute to shared documentation and knowledge bases • Support structured handoffs across time zones when needed • Your primary role is to perform penetration testing of web applications, mobile applications, thick clients, APIs, and infrastructure when ready. • Develop detailed reports on findings and remediations for impactful findings. • Mentor intermediate and junior pentesters • Lead or co-lead internal knowledge-sharing sessions
