• Carry and exceed a quota in a true account executive role, owning revenue across inbound and outbound pipeline • Own the full sales cycle for fast-moving opportunities, typically under 60 days from initial contact to close • Convert inbound interest into qualified opportunities and revenue • Generate outbound pipeline through research, targeting, and prospecting • Support enterprise sales cycles led by the Director of Enterprise Accounts • Develop proposals and presentations that demonstrate business value and technical credibility • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts within 3 to 6 months post-sale • Maintain clean, accurate pipeline management and forecasting in CRM • Generate a minimum of 3 highly qualified opportunities per month • Participate in pipeline reviews and forecasting with discipline and accuracy • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Client Success to improve targeting, messaging, and execution
• Perform holistic tabletop reviews covering both technical and non-technical risk across OT environments • Analyze for areas of negative impact, high risk, and single points of failure (SPOF) within sensitive, legacy networks • Identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses across Operational Technology environments, including Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA, and field devices • Assess legacy and sensitive networks where conventional testing methods carry unacceptable operational risk • Support OT clients with security program improvements, identifying which critical controls are needed • Contribute to the maturity of Packetlabs' OT testing methodology and practice • Help raise the standard of OT security work across the firm
• Plan and execute end-to-end hardware penetration tests on embedded and IoT devices, against a defined scope and rules of engagement • Identify, access, and exploit on-board debug interfaces: JTAG, SWD, UART, and similar, to gain code execution or memory access • Extract firmware via debug ports, in-circuit flash reads (SPI / I2C / NAND), or chip-off when required, and analyze it for vulnerabilities • Intercept and analyze data on common embedded buses (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, USB) using logic analyzers and protocol decoders • Where in scope, perform side-channel analysis and fault injection (power analysis, voltage/clock glitching) to bypass secure boot, readout protection, or authentication • Reverse engineer firmware and embedded binaries (Ghidra, IDA, Binwalk, etc.) to find logic flaws, hardcoded secrets, and exploitable conditions • Assess physical attack surface, tamper resistance, and key/secret storage • Write high-quality technical reports and present findings to client stakeholders, both technical and non-technical • Advise on practical, prioritized remediation that clients can act on • Build and maintain lab tooling, test rigs, and internal methodology • Help raise the standard of hardware security work across the firm

• Own the client lifecycle: Lead strategic review calls focused on outcomes, growth opportunities, and next steps while coordinating discovery and delivery for returning clients to ensure a seamless experience • Proactively manage and forecast opportunities: Monitor account health and engage clients well ahead of typical buying cycles to remain aligned to the client's evolving security objectives • Re-engage dormant accounts and drive strategic growth: Partner with Inbound/Outbound peers to reactivate dormant accounts - not with a transactional sales pitch, but by checking in on their security health and introducing new strategies to elevate their defenses • Act as the voice of the client internally: Collaborate closely with Client Success, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align client needs with business objectives, share feedback, and drive advocacy through reviews, referrals, and testimonials.
• Security Architecture Reviews • Perform holistic tabletop reviews covering both technical and non-technical risk across OT environments, without engaging in high-risk manual or automated activity • Analyze for areas of negative impact, high risk, and single points of failure (SPOF) within sensitive, legacy networks • Apply structured judgment to identify where risk is concentrated and where controls are missing • Adapt review depth and approach to the operational realities of each client environment • OT Risk Identification & Assessment • Identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses across Operational Technology environments, including Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA, and field devices • Assess legacy and sensitive networks where conventional testing methods carry unacceptable operational risk • Distinguish between theoretical and operationally relevant risk to keep findings actionable • Prove impact where appropriate, exercising restraint where the environment demands it • Client Advisory & Program Improvement • Support OT clients with security program improvements, identifying which critical controls are needed • Refine testing scope collaboratively as engagements proceed and the environment becomes clearer • Translate technical findings into guidance that clients can act on across both technical and leadership audiences • Build client confidence through credibility, clear communication, and operational awareness • Methodology & Continuous Improvement • Contribute to the maturity of Packetlabs' OT testing methodology and practice • Stay current on OT threats, attack techniques, and defensive controls • Share knowledge with the broader team to minimize blind spots and strengthen collective capability • Help raise the standard of OT security work across the firm

• Your primary role is to perform penetration testing of web applications, mobile applications, thick clients, and APIs. • Source code review and whitebox penetration testing to prove the impact of application flaws. • Reverse engineering of mobile and thick client applications. • You sometimes chain application flaws to other areas, such as cloud and on-prem AD infrastructure. • Opportunities for lateral movement into the infrastructure teams are limited and given at the manager's discretion. • Develop detailed reports on findings and remediations for impactful findings. • You will learn to debrief these findings at both a technical and executive level. • Perform SAST and DAST on enterprise, SaaS, and custom in-house applications. • Experience in using scanners and knowledge of validation and elimination of false positives. • A strong understanding of OWASP in Web, API, Mobile, and AI/LLM is necessary, but you will be asked to go beyond.
