We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Manager to join the Advisory team in our Government Contract Advisory practice. This position will support CohnReznick’s Government Contract Advisory team which has provided comprehensive services to government contractors for over 40 years. If you are excited about helping organizations grow and building strong client relationships, then the Government Contracting team is the place for you. - Work closely with client management to provide timely, efficient advisory support in the government contracting environment. - Execute a wide range of advisory services on various ongoing special projects with our government contractor clients. Advisory Services - Manage the day-to-day activities on business system readiness assessments and mock audits for Accounting, Estimating, CPSR, and Property Systems under the direction of an engagement leader. - Execute activities to conduct indirect rate structure evaluations and provide alternative rate structures. - Analyze client pricing strategies. - Manage incurred cost submission and CAS disclosure statement preparations under the direction of an engagement leader. - Provide advice to clients with DCAA disputes and responses. - Evaluate and implement policies and procedures and internal controls. - Knowledge of ERP month-end and year-end close processes. - Accounting Concepts knowledge to include 606 Revenue and 842 Lease Analysis Calculations. - Financial Statement Preparation and Review of Ratios/Variances. Client Relations and Engagement Management - Manage engagement activities in accordance with client time and budget expectations. - Make effective use of firm resources to complete a project. - Manage multiple client projects at any given time. - Promote and participate in teamwork and cooperation within the office. - Foster effective relationships with clients. - Exhibit strong leadership skills and identify and solve problems in a team environment. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA license is a plus. - 5+ years of recent experience in the government contract industry. - Experience with Indirect Rates and Incurred Cost Submissions. - Knowledge of DFARS business system requirements, specifically estimating and/or CPSR. - Excellent analytical, technical, and advisory skills. - Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships. - Excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Strong technical skills in FAR and CAS. - Working experience with MS Office applications, especially Excel. - Solid organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task. - Ability to travel, if needed. - Due to the nature of projects and work for this role, U.S. citizenship is required.

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Communications Director to serve as a senior client advisor and lead high-impact communications strategies across a diverse portfolio of clients. This role is ideal for a strategic, client-facing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple concurrent engagements, and is passionate about shaping narratives at the intersection of technology and public policy. The Strategic Communications Director serves as a lead strategist and primary client partner, responsible for developing and driving integrated communications campaigns. This individual will oversee multiple client engagements, guide internal client account teams, and ensure the successful execution of high-quality deliverables. While this role does not include direct reports, it requires strong leadership across project teams, the ability to influence without authority, and ownership of client outcomes. Qualifications - 5 - 10 years of experience in strategic communications, public affairs, policy/advocacy communications, media relations, or related field. - Proven experience serving in a senior client-facing, advisory role with ownership of communications strategy. - Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, agency or consulting environment. - Strong understanding of technology policy and the ability to translate complex issues into compelling narratives. - Established media relationships, particularly within technology, policy, and national media landscapes. - Exceptional writing, editing, and messaging skills across formats and audiences. - Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and clients. - Highly organized with excellent project management and prioritization skills. - Experience guiding internal teams and collaborating cross-functionally without direct management authority. - Experience working in an agency environment supporting multiple clients. - Experience directing advocacy/public policy campaigns a plus. - Background in technology, cybersecurity, fintech, defense tech, or related background strongly preferred. Requirements - The expected salary range for this role is $120,000 to $130,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
