Role Description We are seeking experienced Orals Coaches to join our consultant network. The Orals Coach supports proposal teams preparing for competitive oral presentations. Responsibilities include: - Working closely with authors to develop compliant, persuasive presentation content. - Providing input on the development of themes, messages, and visual aids. - Assisting with speaker selection. - Developing scripts and presentation content in accordance with proposal requirements and team strategy. - Using integrated approaches to include key messages, graphics, strategies, and outlines. - Conducting mock Q&A sessions using customer simulations to evaluate team readiness to meet customer expectations. Qualifications - Minimum of 3 to 5 years of oral coaching proposal experience. - Must be available to work on a project basis as an independent (1099) consultant. - U.S. Citizenship is required. - Active Security Clearance a plus.
