Role Description As a Communications Consultant, you’ll build lasting relationships, uncover opportunities, and deliver innovative technology solutions that help organizations operate safely and efficiently. - Network with outside sources, vendors, and existing customers to identify new opportunities. - Prospect and develop relationships with new businesses across key industries. - Present and demonstrate BAYCOM’s communication and security solutions to stakeholders. - Develop technical proposals and installation plans in collaboration with engineering teams. - Maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and new customers. - Collaborate across departments to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. Qualifications - A high degree of reliability, honesty, and integrity. - At least two years of sales experience. - A competitive nature and motivation for sales success. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and remotely. - Flexibility to travel occasionally in support of business growth.
