Role Description Support the Business Development (BD) process with a primary responsibility for the establishment of an enterprise-wide Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, all associated processes/procedures, legacy data migration, and ongoing data input to maintain currency and standardization of BD opportunities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Research and analyze various CRM tools for purchase. - Develop all necessary manuals, processes, and procedures for utilization of the CRM tool. - Primary interface with CRM company from initial feature selection, data field customization and ongoing operation/maintenance throughout the lifecycle of the tool. - Perform legacy data migration to new CRM tool and ensure all data is 100% migrated and cleaned up to meet established record standardization requirements. - Manage user list and associated authority levels. - Conduct all future data entry and/or educate users on proper data entry processes/procedures. - Establish dashboards and custom reports for various levels within the company. - Supports BD Managers with registering and maintaining online CRM profiles with all targeted Office of Small Business Program customers. - Maintain regular and punctual attendance. - Perform other duties as assigned. Role Description The Corporate Governance Administrator is responsible for the formation, maintenance, remediation, and ongoing compliance of the Company’s corporate entities, including domestic and foreign subsidiaries. Serve as the single point of accountability for entity records, registrations, and statutory filings across a complex, multi-entity corporate structure. This position requires demonstrated expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to independently identify, diagnose, and correct deficiencies in corporate records. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy and is not structured to provide foundational training, requiring you to bring prior, relevant experience and a proven record of accuracy, follow-through, and sound professional judgment. Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Counsel to join our team. This attorney will serve as a key legal advisor on matters critical to our government contracting business, with primary responsibility for: - Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) compliance - SBA 8(a) and small business program compliance - False Claims Act (FCA) defense and risk mitigation - Government Accountability Office (GAO) bid protest proceedings The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced government contracting environment, balancing regulatory risk management with practical business support. This role requires strong expertise in federal procurement law and SBA socioeconomic contracting regulations, including the legal and compliance considerations applicable to 8(a) program participants. Experience advising Alaska Native Corporations (ANCs) or other entity-owned federal contractors is strongly preferred. Role Description Performs contract administration for the company, including negotiation, correspondence, documentation, approval verification, certification, and execution. Serves as primary point of contact (POC) for a select program or company division in all pre-award and post-award contractual matters.
