Optima Tax Relief

• Prepare tax returns in high quantity including 1040 individual tax returns, amended returns, and state returns. • Communicate with clients regularly telephonically or via email to respond to client inquiries and provide case status updates. • Collect and review client documents and ensure they are properly filed in the client’s case file. • Collaborate regularly with various Optima teams to deliver key components for Optima’s services, including bringing clients to compliance with past due returns. • Follow company protocols to ensure the highest level of security to protect the client Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
