Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) $100–$110/hour | Flexible Schedule | Longview, WA Learning Ladders ABA is seeking a highly reliable, experienced BCBA who takes ownership of their clinical work and is committed to delivering consistent, high-quality care. What you’ll get: - Competitive compensation ($80–$100/hour) - Flexible scheduling designed to support a work-life balance - Ongoing professional development and opportunities for growth - Streamlined systems and user-friendly platforms for efficient data collection, documentation, and billing - A supportive, responsive, and mission-driven team What you’ll do: - Work with individual children on a 1:1 basis with paraprofessional - Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) - Oversee and monitor implementation of treatment plans to ensure clinical integrity - Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs, BTs, and ABA Paraprofessionals, fostering strong 1:1 supervision - Analyze data regularly to evaluate progress and make informed program adjustments - Provide parent training to promote generalization and long-term success - Design individualized programs based on assessment results and data collection What you’ll need: - Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field - Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB - Minimum of two years of experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings - CPR Certification (Preferably Red Cross) - Provide paraprofessional supervision and parental guidance and support - Strong clinical judgment, data analysis, and problem-solving skills - Capability to accept and initiate change, have patience and understanding, and work within a team environment - Ethical and professional conduct - Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and collaborate - Ability to work effectively, accurately, and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions Here at Licensed Support ABA we are a community and we aim to foster a safe and enriching environment for each child and staff member!
