About the role We are seeking compassionate and motivated Licensed Independent Social Worker to perform consultations in various environments including nursing homes and assisted living facilities. What you'll do - Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health needs - Develop and implement personalized treatment plans - Provide individual and group therapy sessions - Offer crisis intervention and support to clients in distress - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate client care - Advocate for client resources and services within the community - Maintain accurate and confidential client records - Evaluate treatment outcomes and adjust plans as necessary - Educate clients and their families about mental health issues - Participate in continuing education to stay current with best practices Qualifications - Master's degree in social work from an accredited institution - Clinical licensure (LISW or equivalent) in the state of practice - Specialized training in specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT) - Experience working with diverse populations - Knowledge of community resources and services - Strong crisis management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems - Minimum of 1 year of post-graduate clinical experience preferred - Proven ability to provide effective therapy and counseling - Strong understanding of mental health and social work ethics - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team - Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations - Benefits - Monday - Friday visiting schedule with flexibility, including virtual visits - Medical/Dental/Vision - Long and Short-Term Disability - Life Insurance - 23 Days PTO
