• Deliver customer trainings and onboardings on building and infrastructure Life Cycle Assessments to make them successful in their use of our software • Support customers in achieving compliance with local construction and infrastructure LCA standards, LEED, BREEAM, and similar frameworks • Helping our customers via email and remote meetings with their queries related to the software, technical queries about construction LCAs, along with calculation methods and license administration • Own the Customer Success role for our building and infrastructure clients in the region by establishing a trusting relationship with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction • Stay up to date with the One Click LCA platform inside and out to be able to help customers • Writing and contributing to guidance articles which are published on our Customer Help Centre page • Identifying platform improvements and raising them to Product Management

• Liaise with prospective clients to understand how their business needs can be solved and develop proposals for our solutions to bring on board new customers. • Get and stay up to date with the One Click LCA platform inside and out. • Educate prospects on the value and opportunities of LCA tools, EPD and low-carbon construction. • Keep up to date on developments around LCA and EPD standards, PCRs and practices. • Increase our presence in the region by attending important construction industry events and by seeking and leveraging local partnerships. • Work with the marketing teams to create and localise key content for the local regions. • Work with the product teams to improve the tools for the respective market. • Work with partners, associations, and other collaborators.

• design and build B2B SaaS integrations between complex enterprise systems and our sustainability platform • turn messy, inconsistent data into structured, validated, regulation-ready models • build reusable connector frameworks, not one-off integrations • design two-way sync flows that handle scale, failure and change effectively • work directly with product, data, customers, and partners to shape how integrations should work • use AI tools as part of your daily workflow to move faster, test mappings, validate schemas and explore edge cases • improve and modernize existing integrations while building new ones

• Your responsibility will be to analyse, design and implement production-grade AI systems and agent workflows that enhance our SaaS platform. • In particular, you will design and implement AI agents, AI copilots, and intelligent automation that improve the customer experience and support environmental impact analysis. • You will work closely with Product Managers and software developers to translate ideas and requirements into robust technical solutions integrated into the One Click LCA platform. • Your work will include developing LLM-based agents, AI-assisted modelling tools, and data extraction capabilities that help users analyse and improve environmental performance. • You will play a key role in shaping how AI capabilities are designed and implemented across the platform. • In this role, you will also promote best software development practices across the team, support colleagues in improving their technical approach, and help resolve complex technical challenges. • Your contribution will help ensure that our solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with the overall platform architecture.
